New Product Development - Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NPD professional with strong expertise in Design & Development and Mould Design. The candidate will be responsible for developing current products, designing moulds, managing product development projects, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead New Product Development (NPD) for products.
- Handle Design & Development of products.
- Develop and review mould designs for new products.
- Work on product concepts, drawings, prototypes, trials, and final development.
- Coordinate with Mould Design, Tool Room, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure mould and product designs meet functional, quality, and production requirements.
- Review 2D/3D drawings, product specifications, and design feasibility.
- Conduct mould trials and resolve design or production-related issues.
- Drive cost optimization and design improvement initiatives.




- Coordinate with customers for technical requirements and product development.
- Manage NPD timelines from concept through commercialization.
- Maintain proper documentation for designs, moulds, trials, and product approvals.

Candidate Profile

- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / relevant engineering discipline.
- 15–20 years of experience in NPD.
- Strong knowledge of mould design.
- Experience with 2D/3D CAD software and design engineering.
- Good understanding of injection moulding and tooling processes.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and team-handling skills.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate
