We're Hiring: Manager – Legal, HR & Compliance /n Location: Bengaluru /n Company: Bionova Research Labs Pvt. Ltd. /n We are looking for a hands on professional to strengthen legal documentation, employee performance accountability, statutory compliance and document-control systems across our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical business operations. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Draft and review employee, vendor, consultant, distributor and commercial agreements

/n

- Develop legally sound KRA/KPI matrices with department heads

/n

- Manage performance reviews, PIPs, disciplinary documentation and employment compliance

/n

- Maintain statutory licences, registers, renewals and regulatory compliance calendars

/n

- Coordinate government inspections, represent the company professionally and close observations lawfully

/n

- Prepare, implement and periodically review company SOPs and policies

/n

- Maintain controlled versions and approval records for labels, artworks,



agreements and regulatory documents

/n

- Ensure contracts contain clear deliverables, timelines, payment milestones and exit protections

/n

- Coordinate with external advocates, Company Secretary, HR, QA and regulatory consultants

/n /n Candidate Profile: /n /n

- LL.B. with 5–8 years of relevant corporate, employment and compliance experience

/n

- Solid drafting, documentation and follow-up capabilities

/n

- Experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, manufacturing or FMCG preferred

/n

- Practical, firm and capable of independently driving closure
