Role Description The Manager – KAM (Dairy & AlcoBev) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the dairy and alcoholic beverage segments. The role involves developing and executing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers.

The manager will oversee order planning, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Alternicq’s packaging solutions. Day-to-day activities include monitoring sales performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as operations, supply chain,



and finance, and providing accurate forecasts and reports. The role also requires ongoing market analysis, competitor tracking, and proactive customer service to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience handling strategic customers in FMCG, dairy, or AlcoBev sectors.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities to drive data-based decisions, forecasting, and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, focusing on relationship-building, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in packaging, beverages, or allied industries, and familiarity with rigid packaging solutions is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven track record in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
