Position: Manager Accounts

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to independently manage the Company’s accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting and finance operations, to act as the primary Accounts & Finance point of contact for the Company with robust commercial understanding and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Closing: Overview day-to-day accounting, ledgers, provisions, accruals, reconciliations and timely monthly closure of books.
- Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare P&L;, MIS and management reports with analysis of revenue, margins, expenses and performance. Preparation of annual financial statements.
- GST & TDS: Manage GST, TDS, reconciliations, returns, payments, and related monthly and annual statutory compliances and other tax related matters.
- Receivables & Payables: Monitor customer outstanding, vendor balances, payment schedules and working capital.
- Cash Flow & Banking: Manage cash flow and daily fund requirements, banking transactions, foreign remittances and related documentation. Assist Management with financial analysis and business decisions.
- Import & Commercial Accounting: Handle accounting and documentation relating to imports, customs duties, freight, clearing charges and other foreign currency transactions.




- Audit & Tax Matters: Coordinate with the statutory auditors, tax consultants and other professionals.
- Internal Controls & SOPs: Maintain financial controls, documentation and improve accounting and finance processes.
- Team Management: Supervise, guide and review the Accounts team and ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.
- Management Support: Provide financial analysis, variance analysis and commercial insights to support management decision-making.

Desired Profile

- Graduate, CA Inter with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Experience in import/export, trading or manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of working capital and commercial transactions
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
