Position: Maintenance Fitter

Location: Ankleshwar

Experience: 4 - 7 Years

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic processing machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Injection Moulding, Extrusion, Blow Moulding and ancillary machines.
- Handle mechanical maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and conveyor systems.
- Perform machine alignment, bearing replacement, lubrication and mechanical repairs.
- Troubleshoot pumps, gearboxes, motors, valves and cooling systems.
- Carry out mould installation, removal and basic mould maintenance.
- Identify machine faults and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and spare-parts requirements.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S and preventive maintenance schedules.




- Coordinate with Production and Electrical teams for smooth machine operation.

Required Skills

- Robust mechanical maintenance and fitting skills.
- Good knowledge of plastic processing machinery.
- Hydraulic & pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, pumps and mechanical components.
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance.
- Machine alignment and basic fabrication work.
- 5S, safety and maintenance documentation.

Required Qualification: - ITI - Fitter Pay: ₹9,263.50 - ₹29,072.31 per month
