Guzaarish by MS Foods is a luxury gifting house specialising in bespoke hampers, premium gifting, artisanal mithai, gourmet products, wedding gifting and corporate gifting.

We’re looking for a polished, confident and customer-focused Luxury Retail Sales Executive who can deliver a refined in-store experience while understanding client requirements and converting them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist walk-in clients and deliver a premium showroom experience
- Understand client preferences, occasions and gifting requirements
- Recommend and curate suitable luxury gifting solutions
- Convert showroom enquiries and leads into successful sales
- Handle wedding, corporate and personal gifting consultations
- Build relationships with high-value and repeat clients
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain quotations, customer records and sales updates




- Coordinate internally for seamless order execution
- Consistently work towards individual and showroom sales targets

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication, presentation and selling skills
- Polished, confident and customer-oriented personality
- Prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred
- Strong relationship-building and closing abilities
- Comfortable with sales targets and regular follow-ups
- Experience in luxury gifting, jewellery, fashion, home décor, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands is an advantage

We’re looking for someone who understands that luxury retail is not simply about selling a product—it’s about creating an experience the customer remembers.
