Logistics Operations Specialist – Freight Forwarding

What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day operations for ocean and air shipments (import & export)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, and co-loaders
- Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists)
- Track shipments, flag exceptions, and resolve issues proactively
- Update customers with timely shipment status and handle queries
- Maintain internal records and support process improvements
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in freight forwarding (not just logistics broadly)
- Working knowledge of ocean freight; import & export side; air is a plus
- Knows what a BL, HBL, CHA, detention,
and demurrage mean in practice
- Comfortable with Excel, email, documentation & Logistics Softwares (For eg: S-gate/Cargodash)
- Based in or willing to commute to Gurugram (In office 5 days/week)
- Degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred (not mandatory)
- Comfortable in Business English for client-side communication.
