Position Title: Logistics Executive

Position Objective To oversee the flow of goods throughout his assigned region, commonly working with a means of local transport, C&F; location, distributors, and retailers. He may also be contributing to developing new ways to streamline the delivery of products in the respective region.

Roles & Responsibilities

C&F; (Clearing & Forwarding) Operations

- Coordinate with the C&F; agent for all local operations and get daily inventory reports and updates.
- Oversee the secondary logistics management.
- Arrange invoices, E-way bills, etc for product delivery in coordination with the C&F; agent.
- Keep track of the order management and delivery.
- Coordination with main warehouse, sales teams, credit control and accounting members.

Logistics Operation

- Locating current transporters, negotiating with existing transporters, keeping track of stock transfers, and full load utilizations,



and developing proper beat plans are all ways to keep transportation costs under control.
- Maintaining up-to-date data (lead times, POD, other) as well as Interacting with billing validation (warehousing and transport billing)
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, credit control and accounting members to ensure required supports are obtained all activities are completed.
- Ensure adequate support and arrange secondary transportation in need.
- Involve in daily dispatch planning.
- Generating invoices, GRN in the ERP system.
- Maintaining the MIS data.
- Involvement in the vehicle arrangements.

Skills/Abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP (Microsoft Dynamic will be an added advantage)
