The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive monitoring coverage across IT infrastructure and applications, proactive alert management, troubleshooting, and integrations with ITSM and other monitoring platforms.
Role & responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the LogicMonitor platform.
- Ensure complete monitoring coverage across servers, networks, cloud environments, and applications.
- Configure and fine-tune monitoring thresholds, data sources, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms.
