- Generate recent business through customer visits and local market activities.
- Identify potential customers for Gold Loans / Group Loans.
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates, repayment terms and eligibility.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers.
- Support timely repayment and collection of loan amounts.
- Maintain daily customer and loan records.
- Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and other team members.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and meet customers.
- Basic knowledge of Gold Loans / Group Loans is an advantage.
