Role & responsibilities
- Lead a team handling Loan Administration & Loan Processing.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs/KRIs, risks and exceptions.
- Coordinate with clients and service providers.
- Handle process migrations and current client onboarding.
- Coach and mentor team members.
- Support hiring and team development
Preferred candidate profile 4+ years in Financial Services with Loan Operations/Administration experience, team-handling skills, and knowledge of Fixed Income, Derivatives, OTC, Hedge/Mutual Funds.
