Legal Specialist: 3-5yrs exp, CTC: 16-17 LPA / from Big4 Consulting firms

Location: Hyderabad

Candidates with Law firm or in-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- The successful candidate to assist fast-paced Legal Department located in the US with review of client and vendor agreements, including master service and engagement agreements, non disclosure agreements, business associate agreements and data processing agreements to identify risk considerations and exposures.
- Interface with and support members of the Legal Department in handling such matters.
- Ability to balance legal considerations with practical business needs.
- Assist with Legal Department projects, including assistance and management of the firm’s contract management system.

A successful Bachelors or master’s in law from a BCI recognized college/ University.




- Preferred candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience providing legal support to a US-based professional services firm and understanding/experience of US legal concepts strongly preferred. Law firm or in-house experience preferred.

- Ability to navigate and advise on complex legal issues and provide straightforward, practical analysis and advice.
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively with the Legal team.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and self-directed. Candidate needs to be able to work efficiently, with varying degrees of supervision, and manage projects with competing deadlines in a dynamic setting.
