We are looking for a Legal professional with solid core litigation experience to join a leading organization in Mumbai.

? Designation: AM/DM- Legal (Litigation)

? Location: Mumbai

?CTC- Up to 20 LPA

? Qualification: LLB/LLM from a reputed institution

? Experience: 5–6 years of core litigation experience in a Large corporate setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle litigation, lawsuits, disputes and regulatory matters
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs and legal documents
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external law firms for effective case management
- Maintain litigation records, reports and case updates
- Provide legal opinions on trademark, product packaging, trade dress and social media matters
- Support contract drafting, review and management
- Stay updated with applicable laws, regulations and case laws
