About Role:

The Legal Manager will be responsible to lead the Legal Function for the company and expected to safeguard the interests of the organization through all legal means and provide the necessary counsel.

Role & responsibilities:

- Investigate the Fraud and submit the report. Open to travel in Field.
- Drafting of FIR Application in All matters with the help of empanelled Retired Police Officer and Advocates.
- Drafting reply notice of Police Department under All matters investigation with the help of empanelled Retired Police Officer and Advocates.
- Co-ordinate with empanelled Retired Police Officer and Advocates for taking updates.
- Timely manage MIS of all Legal cases.
- Lead the Legal Team.
- Prepare and maintain all Legal files & documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness.
- Other roles & duties as may be assigned by Management.

- Solid drafting and analytical skills and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure, especially when there are deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.
- English written and verbal communication skills.
- English and Hindi Typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situation.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field and travel across Bharat on short notice.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B).
- 3-5 Years experience as Law Officer and Executive in Legal Department. Good understanding of financial sector with technical understanding of various financial models.
