As a key member of the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and building positive relationships.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the MIS team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of data, identifying trends and insights to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to align MIS operations with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the integrity of sensitive information.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance MIS operations.
