Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic Lead Generation & Business Outreach Executive to expand our prospect base and generate qualified business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in using Email, WhatsApp, Apollo, LinkedIn and AI tools for prospecting and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through multiple online channels.
- Identify companies that match the target customer profile.
- Research prospects and understand their business requirements.
- Find relevant decision-makers and contact details.
- Build and maintain prospect databases.
- Use Apollo for lead research and prospect identification.
- Run targeted cold email campaigns.
- Conduct professional WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
- Prospect through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, personalization and outreach productivity.
- Draft personalized sales messages and follow-up sequences.
- Contact prospects at different stages of the outreach cycle.
- Qualify interested prospects and identify genuine sales opportunities.




- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain complete records of leads and follow-ups.
- Monitor response rates and improve campaign performance.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, B2B prospecting or business development.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Cold Email Marketing.
- Experience with WhatsApp Marketing/Outreach.
- Working knowledge of Apollo.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent research and prospect-identification abilities.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with performance targets.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
