About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and student-focused Junior Counsellor with 1–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and working professionals interested in German, French, IELTS, and English language programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and professionals regarding German, French, IELTS, and English language courses.
- Understand students' requirements, goals, language levels, and career or education plans.
- Explain course structure, levels, duration, fees, batch timings, and learning outcomes.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team regarding batches, schedules, and student requirements.
- Assist students throughout the registration and onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual counselling and enrolment targets.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on IELTS,



German, French, and English language courses and relevant study-abroad opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in counselling, education, language training, IELTS, sales, or customer service.
- Good knowledge of German, French, IELTS, and English language programs.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Confident in communicating with students, parents, and working professionals.
- Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Good computer and MS Office skills.
- Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.

Preferred
- Prior experience in an IELTS institute, language academy, or overseas education consultancy.
- Knowledge of German/French language levels (A1–C1).
- Experience in handling student enquiries and admission counselling.
- Solid lead conversion and follow-up skills.
- Immediate or 15-day joiners preferred.
