- Generate leads for land acquisition and Joint Venture (JV) proposals for land development in MMRDA and NAINA regions

- Conduct preliminary market research on competition, product positioning, pricing, and project viability

- Participate in JV structuring for proposed project opportunities

- Understand regulatory frameworks including DCR 2034, UDCPR, MHADA, and SRA

- Evaluate feasibility of proposals from legal title, developability, approval, and financial perspectives

- Manage relationships with JV partners

- Identify and evaluate distressed property acquisitions including NCLT and bank auctions

- Identify and assess properties available through auction processes

- Prepare and share monthly MIS reports for management and JV partners

- Monitor project performance (financial and physical progress)





- Identify society redevelopment opportunities and assess feasibility

- Prepare base concepts, fitment analysis, cash flow models, and sensitivity analysis

- Study tenders, prepare bid proposals, and submit offers

- Prepare presentations for redevelopment bidding

- Handle society-related matters including Section 79A processes and coordination with society committee members

- Manage project execution aspects such as vacating, shifting, rent payments, and corpus handling
