Job Responsibilities- Handle and arrange all garment trims and accessories required for knitting production. Ensure timely availability of buttons, zippers, labels, elastics, drawcords, tags, tapes, patches, and other accessories. Coordinate with Store, Production, Merchandising, Purchase, and Quality teams.

Arrange unavailable accessories through external suppliers/vendors. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and pending requirements. Check accessories as per required quality, quantity, colour, size, and specifications.

Maintain proper records of accessories received, issued, available, and pending. Ensure accessories are arranged order-wise/style-wise as per production requirements. Resolve shortages, quality issues, and mismatches on time to avoid production delays.

Requirements - Experience:



2–4 years of relevant experience in the garments/knitwear industry. Good knowledge of garment trims and accessories.

Experience in handling accessories for knitwear/garment production. Good understanding of garment production and accessory requirements. Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills. Positive communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining records. Ability to manage multiple orders and accessories simultaneously. Should be responsible, organized, and able to work as per production timelines.

Candidates with experience in garment manufacturing/export house/knitwear company will be preferred.
