A Leading Cafe Outlet in Tambaram & Sembakkam required Kitchen Incharge & Kitchen Helper for their own outlet.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle food preparation, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor kitchen staff and assign daily duties.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate purchase requirements.
- Control food wastage and maintain proper portion standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment.
- Check incoming materials and maintain proper storage.
- Coordinate with the Store In-Charge and Operations Team.
- Train and guide kitchen staff when required.
- Ensure timely preparation of customer orders.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Kitchen In-Charge, Kitchen Supervisor,



or similar role in a café/restaurant.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to manage a small kitchen team.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary :- ₹16,000 – ₹21,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
