We are looking for Knowledge Engineers to work on AI-powered knowledge, information retrieval, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

Large Language Models (LLMs) depend on accurate and well-structured information to generate reliable answers. When an AI system provides an incorrect or incomplete response, the problem may originate from the underlying knowledge source, retrieval process, or context supplied to the model.

As a Knowledge Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing, structuring, validating, and improving the information that AI systems rely on.

Key Responsibilities

- Organize and structure documentation for AI consumption.




- Build and maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Improve information retrieval for AI applications.
- Structure unstructured information into AI-friendly knowledge.
- Identify missing, incorrect, duplicate, or outdated information.
- Analyze incorrect AI responses and identify the root cause.
- Manage and optimize AI context pipelines.
- Optimize content for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Test AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams to improve AI response quality.
