Role Purpose An apprenticeship role: builds telecom domain fluency on the job while absorbing the day-to-day clarification load so the Mid-level Analyst and Senior Consultant aren't bottlenecked on routine questions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in gathering and documenting domain requirements from the client's business team under the guidance of the Mid-level Analyst and Senior Consultant.
- Maintain a domain glossary/FAQ/knowledge base for the development team.
- Research competitor and industry telecom feature trends to feed the innovation backlog the Senior Consultant curates.
- Support data validation and UAT coordination tasks.
- Shadow customer calls to build direct domain fluency over time.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with a telecom-related academic background (B.Tech/BE in Telecommunications or Electronics, or a telecom management certificate/diploma) are strongly encouraged to apply, as are candidates with 1–2 years in a telecom BPO, operations, or customer-facing support role.




- Genuine interest in the telecom industry, robust written and verbal communication, and disciplined documentation habits.
- Basic understanding of subscription billing / telecom concepts — this is trainable and will be developed on the job.

Nice-to-Have

- An internship or academic project touching telecom or billing systems.
- Basic familiarity with telecom regulatory terminology.
- Basic SQL.

Education:Bachelor's degree; Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science preferred but not mandatory.
