Role Overview The Junior Merchandiser will assist in the end-to-end execution of garment orders, coordinating between buyers, suppliers, production and internal teams to ensure orders are completed on time and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in handling garment orders from sampling through production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production and quality teams.
- Follow up on samples, fabrics, trims and accessories.
- Maintain and update T&A; (Time & Action) calendars, order sheets and production status.
- Coordinate sample development and buyer approvals.
- Follow up with factories and vendors to ensure production timelines are met.
- Assist with costing, BOMs, tech packs and other merchandising documentation.
- Track order quantities, production progress and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel.
- Identify delays or issues and follow up with the relevant teams for timely resolution.





Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in garment/apparel merchandising.
- Freshers with relevant textile, fashion or apparel education may also apply.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims and production processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
- Candidates who are proactive and willing to learn will be preferred
