Role Overview

We're looking for a Graphic Designer / Video Editor who can think visually, move fast, and learn faster.

This role is ideal for designers who want to grow in the intersection of brand design, storytelling, and motion.

You'll assist the senior creative and strategy team in crafting visual systems for new brands, digital campaigns, and creative assets across social media, decks, and product communications. This is a hybrid role based in Delhi, with a mix of in-studio (Vasant Kunj) and remote work.

Responsibilities

- Support the creation of brand identities, campaign graphics, and pitch decks.
- Design static and animated content for digital channels.




- Edit and repurpose short-form videos for social media and marketing assets (core video editing skill required).
- Ensure consistency of design language across all deliverables.
- Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming and concept development.
- Manage files, exports, and delivery timelines efficiently.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital design (internships included).
- Education: Preference for candidates from Tier-1 or Tier-2 design schools or reputed universities (e.g., NID, NIFT, Srishti, Symbiosis, Pearl Academy, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, curious, and self-driven; comfortable with a hybrid working setup in Delhi.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience in basic animation or motion design.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva for layout iterations.
- Awareness of creative trends in AI, fashion, Web3, or lifestyle branding.
