Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, and payment entries accurately.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Handle GST-related accounting and assist with GST returns and compliance.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required.
- Prepare monthly reports such as sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of import-related expenses and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries in the company's accounting software.
- Support management with financial information and reports as required.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Experience with bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.
- Knowledge of purchase, sales, inventory, and expense accounting.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a trading, manufacturing, import/export, or distribution company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
