Junior Accountant | 3–4 Years Experience | ₹40,000–50,000/month

Real Estate / Construction Industry — Schnell Builders, Gurugram

We're hiring a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in real estate/construction accounting to manage day-to-day books, GST/TDS compliance, and project accounting.

Experience Required: 3–4 years in accounting, with prior exposure to Real Estate/Construction preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Accounting & ERP

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, MS Word & Excel
- Maintaining books of accounts with project-wise accounting
- Preparing accounting entries, ledgers, and trial balance

2️⃣ GST Compliance

- Assisting in GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B preparation
- ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2A/2B
- Preparing e-Invoices & E-Way Bills

3️⃣ TDS Compliance

- TDS calculation, deduction, and timely payment
- Assisting in TDS return filing (Form 24Q & 26Q)
- Reconciliation with Form 26AS/AIS

4️⃣ Project Accounting – Real Estate/Construction





- Maintaining project-wise accounts and expenses
- Accounting for Construction WIP, Material at Site, Project/Land Cost
- Verification of contractor bills and RA bills

5️⃣ Vendor, Contractor & Customer Accounting

- Processing purchase bills, contractor bills, RA bills
- Accounting of sales/booking entries and customer advances
- Handling retention money, advances, Debit/Credit Notes
- Vendor ledger reconciliation and outstanding follow-up

6️⃣ Banking

- Processing vendor/contractor payments
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Assisting with OD/CC and loan account reconciliation

7️⃣ MIS & Reporting

- Assisting in Receivables & Payables Ageing Reports
- Supporting periodic MIS report preparation
