We’re Hiring | Junior Accountant

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting and preferably hands-on experience in the E-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expenses, receipts and payment entries.
- Manage and reconcile E-commerce sales and settlement reports.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related records and reconciliations.
- Assist in GST return preparation and filing.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions and related compliance.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, vouchers and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting and payment-related queries.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of accounting activities.





Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- E-commerce accounting experience will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
- Understanding of E-commerce marketplace settlements and transactions.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally / ERP / other accounting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have worked with E-commerce companies, D2C brands or E-commerce marketplaces and have practical exposure to GST, TDS and reconciliation will be preferred.
