Junior Executive – Human Resource (Fresher - Internship)

Role Overview

We Backbone Skytech Private Limited is looking for a energetic and proactive Junior Executive to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and general HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities

· To assist in recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· To Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.

· Facilitate joining formalities and induction programs.

· Collect, verify, and maintain employee records and documents.

· Coordinate with payroll team for employee data updates.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

· Address employee queries and concerns professionally.

· Prepare HR reports, recruitment status reports,



and employee data reports.

· Maintain HR dashboards and trackers using Excel.

· Experience with HRMS/Payroll software.

Qualifications & Experience – MBA in Human Resources (HR), for Freshers and Internship.

Required Skills -

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
