- Administration & Troubleshooting of Google Workspace
- Administration & Troubleshooting of Azure Valuable-to-Have - Server Management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Fabric, Copilot studio administration Responsibilities - Troubleshoot & Provide Microsoft Teams, SharePoint & GChat support for end users
- Handle end-user incident requests and support through mails to resolve issues
- Server & application monitoring
- Patch & Vendor Management
- Knowledge of JBOSS and Postgres will be an advantage
