Position: IT Support Engineer

Experience: 1-5 Years

Key Skills Required:

- Microsoft Intune Administration
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Administration
- Windows Desktop and Laptop Support, Mac, Endpoint Management
- Networking Knowledge (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Firewall and VPN Configuration & Troubleshooting
- IT Asset Management and Inventory Control
- Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Hardware & Software Installation and Troubleshooting
- Endpoint Security and Antivirus Management
- Printer, Scanner, and Peripheral Support
- Basic Server Administration Knowledge
- Service Desk / Ticketing Tool Experience (ServiceNow preferred)
- User Account Management and Access Control
- Solid Troubleshooting, Communication, and Customer Support Skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
