About Ideate Web Solutions:

We are a specialized web and mobile application development agency based in Rajkot. We build custom software, web platforms, and mobile apps for B2B clients globally using modern tech stacks like Node.js, PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), and JavaScript (React/React Native/Ionic). We are looking for driven IT sales professionals to accelerate our growth.

The Opportunity & Compensation:

We offer two distinct payout tracks based on your experience level and ability to close deals independently.

Track A: The Growth Model (1+ Years Experience)

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹10,000 / month
- Recent Project Commission: 10% on collected revenue
- Recurring Commission: 2.5% on ongoing retainers

Track B: The Senior Closer Model (2+ Years Experience)

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹15,000 / month
- New Project Commission: 15% on collected revenue
- Recurring Commission: 5% on ongoing retainers

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively generate B2B leads using LinkedIn,



cold email campaigns, and directory scraping.
- Initiate contact and lead introductory discovery calls with global and domestic business owners.
- Track A will focus on qualifying leads for our technical team; Track B will independently manage the full sales cycle, including pitching tech stacks and negotiating contracts.
- Maintain a clean, organized CRM and follow up consistently.

Requirements:

- 1 to 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT services/software development sales strongly preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English for communicating directly with C-level decision-makers.
- Understanding of custom web platforms, mobile apps, and the software development lifecycle.
- A proven track record of handling rejection in outbound sales and hitting outreach targets.
