About the Role

Exponentia.ai is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong background in consultancy/staffing recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology positions and driving talent acquisition initiatives across various IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.




- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
- Build robust relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
