Job Title: IT Recruiter Domestic IT Recruitment & C2H

- Experience: 1-3 Years

- Salary: 10,000-20,000 per month, depending on interview performance
- Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.
- Maintain candidate trackers and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

- 1-5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.




- Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Laptop and stable internet connection are required.
