Role & responsibilities
- Manage IT hardware lifecycle activities onboarding, allocation, replacement, repair & offboarding.
- Handle asset dispatch, movement, delivery, and handover to users/sites.
- Manage recent joiner laptop/desktop allocation and employee exit asset surrender.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, mapping, and stock records.
- Handle SR/Incident requests through ITSM tools and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to asset inventory, dispatch, onboarding & offboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for asset movement, repair, replacement, and procurement.
