Requirements-

- 6–8+ years of relevant hands-on experience in IT Administration, IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, IT Security, and IT Operations.
- Strong practical experience in managing IT infrastructure, endpoints, laptops/desktops, and IT assets.
- Experience with centralized endpoint/device management tools such as Action1, Intune, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows administration, user/group management, MFA, and access controls.
- Valuable understanding of patch management for Windows and third-party applications, vulnerability tracking, and remediation.
- Experience implementing endpoint security controls, Windows Firewall policies, system hardening, and USB/device restriction policies.
- Knowledge of local administrator, privileged access, user access review, and access control processes.
- Strong understanding of networking, VPN, firewall administration, and network access rules.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell or other scripting/automation tools to automate repetitive IT tasks.
- Experience managing software licenses, warranties, subscriptions, IT vendors,



and related records.
- Good understanding of backup monitoring and periodic recovery validation.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001/ISMS, IT compliance, audits, risk management, and audit evidence requirements.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and strengthen IT controls, security, automation, and compliance readiness.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, vendors, and auditors.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Manage IT infrastructure, endpoints, networking devices, and day-to-day IT operations.
- Handle the complete IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, allocation, tracking, recovery, and disposal.
- Manage centralized endpoint administration, patching, vulnerability remediation, and software controls.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security, firewall policies, system hardening, USB/device restrictions, and privileged access controls.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, groups, MFA, access controls, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
- Conduct periodic user and privileged access reviews.
- Manage networking, VPN, firewalls, and network access rules.
- Automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell or similar tools.
- Maintain records of assets, licenses, warranties, subscriptions, vendors, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor backups and perform periodic recovery validation.
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, policies, asset records, and infrastructure documentation.
- Support ISO 27001/ISMS and SOC 2 compliance and maintain audit trackers, evidence, findings, and remediation status.
- Proactively identify IT, security, and compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on assets, vulnerabilities, security gaps, compliance items, and pending actions.
