We are looking for empathetic, helpful, and confident Wellness Advisors to interact with users from the US and provide personalized guidance and support through text chats, voice notes, and calls.

The role involves understanding users' concerns, having meaningful conversations, and helping them gain clarity and perspective on relationships, personal growth, career, and different aspects of life.

Role & responsibilities

- Interact with US-based users through text, voice notes, and calls.
- Understand users' concerns and provide thoughtful, personalized guidance.
- Help users gain clarity and perspective on personal and qualified matters.
- Maintain a warm, empathetic, patient, and genuinely people-oriented communication style.

Preferred candidate profile

- Background in Psychology, Counselling, Life Coaching, Wellness, or related fields.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and genuinely helpful in nature.
- Comfortable working in a US shift (10:00 PM 7:00 AM).
