Job Summary

We are hiring for an International Travel Process – Voice for our Gurgaon location. The role involves handling customer queries related to travel services while maintaining skilled communication and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls related to international travel queries.
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations and service-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
- Achieve process and performance targets as per company requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12 months of experience in International BPO Voice.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

- Salary: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand
- Performance Incentive: ₹2,000+
- Transport: Both-side cab facility / TA
