As an International Career Associate, you will understand candidate aspirations, explain relevant international opportunities and convert qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with candidates interested in international jobs and overseas career opportunities.
- Understand candidate qualifications, experience and career aspirations.
- Explain suitable international career pathways, eligibility and processes.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospects and drive lead conversion.
- Handle candidate queries and basic objections confidently.




- Maintain lead and follow-up details in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal counselling and operations teams.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 01 year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Counselling or Customer Service.
- Graduates from any discipline with valuable English communication skills.
- Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and interested in building a career in Sales / International Business.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Recruitment, Counselling or B2C Sales is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
