We are seeking a high-energy, motivated Restaurant Onboarding Agent to help grow our partner network on our mobile application. In this role, you will be the bridge between our tech platform and local eateries. Your primary mission is to identify promising local restaurants, reach out to their owners, pitch the value of partnering with our app, and successfully guide them through the digital registration and setup process.

Requirements

- Identify, contact, and visit local restaurant owners to introduce them to our platform.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential restaurant partners within assigned territories.
- Conduct outreach through calls, in-person visits, and relationship-building activities to onboard new merchants.
- Clearly explain the app’s features, pricing structure, and value proposition to restaurant owners.




- Demonstrate how the platform can help increase delivery sales and improve restaurant operations.
- Guide restaurant owners through the onboarding process, including account registration and profile setup.
- Assist in uploading menus, adding business information, setting banking details, and configuring operating hours.
