Job Summary

We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior execution and fit-out work at residential and commercial project sites. The role involves in office supervision, coordination with local vendors and contractors, working with AutoCAD drawings, estimation, and ensuring timely, high-quality interior execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise interior execution work at project sites

- Coordinate daily site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and finishing works

- Execute work as per approved interior drawings and AutoCAD working drawings

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams

- Prepare and verify material estimation, BOQ, and quantity take-offs

- Ensure material availability, quality control, and timely site execution

- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the design team





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience as an Interior Site Supervisor / Interior Site Engineer

- Strong knowledge of interior execution and fit-out works

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD

- Experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity calculation

- Vendor management and contractor coordination experience

- Willingness to travel across project sites

- Understanding of local interior materials, finishes, and execution standards

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential apartments, villas, offices, and retail interiors

- Ability to handle multiple interior sites

- Strong communication and coordination skills
