Skill set: Catia V5, V6/3DX, Knowledge of Plastics and Sheet Metal automotive parts.

Domain knowledge

- Catia V5 and V6(3DX)
- Design and Development of Automotive Exterior Sheet metal and plastic part
- Understanding of Ford Processes (Design Requirement, E2ks, Release process) will be added advantage.

- Hands on experience in Catia V5 (Part/surface/drawing).
- Experience in V6/3DX is added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in packaging study and master section creation.
- Design and development of Interior Trims and Exterior Sheet metal parts from concept to final design as per the design requirements within the timeline.
- Participating in design review meetings and provide solutions.




- Knowledge in benchmarking and cost reduction.
- Identification and resolution of design related issues during development till release.
- Knowledge of prototyping, manufacturing, and assembly processes of Interiors and exterior parts.
- Knowledge in Team Center and Vismockup.
- Demonstrate positive customer and cross functional relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Knowledge in MS office tools.
