Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Eligibility Verification Caller/Insurance Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to verify customer eligibility, collect required information, and ensure accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers for eligibility verification
- Collect and verify personal and required details as per process
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
- Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Strong attention to detail
