The P&C; Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful, on-time, and high-quality delivery of complex software and technology initiatives across the P&C; Insurance domain. This role requires blending deep domain knowledge of personal and commercial lines (e.g., policy administration, claims processing, and underwriting) with strategic project and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, application modernization, and platform implementations (such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, or cloud migrations).

- Stakeholder & Account Management: Act as the primary liaison between client executives, account managers, and internal cross-functional teams to manage expectations and ensure project alignment.

- Financial Oversight: Manage delivery financials, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L; management, and structuring profitable pricing models (e.g., T&M;, Fixed Price, Managed Services)

- Risk & Governance:



Establish robust governance frameworks, proactively identify engagement risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and scale cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and business analysis, while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

- Experience: Typically 815+ years in IT service delivery or project management, with significant hands-on experience in the P&C; Insurance industry.

- Domain Expertise: Strong, working knowledge of core P&C; functions like underwriting, rating, FNOL, claims adjudication, and billing.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with contemporary insurance platforms, cloud computing, data architecture, and emerging trends (e.g., AI integration and automation in claims processing).
