- Manage cashless insurance approvals and pre-authorizations.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies.
- Check Ayushman Bharat/Arogya Karnataka card ABRK Scheme
- Follow up Government Insurance Scheme
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
- Check and submit insurance claim documents.
- Monitor claim status and follow up on pending/rejected claims.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, medical records, and other departments.
- Handle claim queries, deductions, and rejections.
- Ensure accurate billing and insurance documentation.
- Maintain daily/monthly insurance reports.
- Resolve patient and insurance-related complaints.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and insurance policies.
- Guide and supervise the insurance/billing team.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
