Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Installation Service Technician,



located in Hyderabad.

The Installation Service

Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing EV charging stations, ensuring their optimal performance. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction during installations and maintenance visits. The role demands timely and efficient field service operations with a focus on quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Effective Communication skills
- Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure is a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with installation and maintenance of electrical systems
