Role Description The Inhouse PCB Repair Technician role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing faults in printed circuit boards (PCBs),



performing component-level repairs, and conducting functional testing to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Daily tasks include troubleshooting electronic circuits, maintaining repair logs, collaborating with engineering and service teams to resolve recurring issues, and following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.

The role involves preventive maintenance of test equipment, adherence to ESD and safety protocols, and timely support to internal stakeholders to minimize equipment downtime. The technician is expected to maintain high standards of workmanship and contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes.

Qualifications

- Strong technical skills in PCB and appliance repair, with the ability to perform component-level diagnostics and rework.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and technical documentation.
- Prior experience in equipment service or high-reliability electronics repair is an advantage.
