Role & responsibilities

- Design and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI, RAG, and AI Automation solutions.




- Lead technical implementation of AI initiatives and guide engineering teams on solution delivery.
- Develop scalable AI architectures using industry-standard frameworks and best practices.
- Establish and support MLOps/LLMOps practices including deployment, monitoring, observability, and governance.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical reviews, solution quality, and delivery excellence.
- Ensure Responsible AI adoption, security, compliance, and governance standards are followed.
- Drive reusable frameworks, accelerators, and innovation initiatives to improve engineering productivity.
