Role Description The Influencer Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities related to discovering, engaging, and managing creators across social media platforms.

Responsibilities include identifying suitable influencers, assisting with outreach and onboarding, and helping coordinate collaborations and campaigns. The intern will track performance metrics, compile reports, and contribute ideas to improve creator engagement and brand visibility. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in India, working closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer initiatives.

Qualifications

- Solid interest in influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economy.
- Ability to research and identify relevant creators and trends across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Good communication skills for professional outreach, relationship management, and internal coordination.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, track deliverables, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, campaign performance metrics, and analytics tools is beneficial.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
