Salary : 12000 - 20000 in Hand Fixed + incentive

Job Location : Sector 63, Noida, Electronic City metro Station Noida

Shift Time : 10 : AM to 7: PM + Rotational Week off

Note : Fresher & Experience Both Can Apply with Valuable Communication Skills

Qualification : 12th / UG / Any Graduate

Age Limit* 18 year -35 year

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for coordinate with customer for new and existing projects
2. Responsible for handling Customer Query /Create Lead Generation & sales over the phone.
3. Responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company
4.



Resolving queries and issues related to the product and services.
5. To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.
6. Inbound & Outbound Voice Process calling.
7. Ensure collection target delivery decided by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Customer convincing ability.
2. Work experience as Customer Care, Tele caller, collection or recovery agent, tele sales or a similar role.
3. Customer service orientation & Learning & communication skills.
4. Basic Computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
