Join us as a Senior Manager – Talent Brand and Internal Communications, where you will play a key role in shaping how our organisation is perceived as an employer and bringing our people, culture and employee experience to life.
This role will primarily focus on building and strengthening the organisation’s talent brand through strategic campaigns, social media, campus engagement and creative storytelling. You will develop and execute integrated talent brand initiatives that attract, engage and connect with current and future talent.
You will lead the development of compelling content and campaigns across talent-focused channels, identifying new and innovative ways to showcase our people, culture, opportunities and workplace experience. From campus and recruitment campaigns to digital and social media initiatives, you will drive ideas that build visibility and strengthen our talent proposition.
The role will also support major internal communications, helping develop and deliver communications that keep our people informed, engaged and connected with the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent brand strategy + Creative campaign leadership
- Own the India talent brand strategy and agenda, partnering with the Human Capital team and business stakeholders to translate India and global priorities into a differentiated talent proposition.
- Define the strategic priorities, target talent segments and brand positioning that strengthen the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead the integrated talent brand agenda across social media, stay ahead of trends, cultural shifts and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities to build relevance and reach.
- Set the creative and editorial direction for talent brand storytelling, ensuring a distinctive and consistent expression of our people, culture and employee experience across touchpoints.
- Partner with creative and agency teams to raise the quality, innovation and impact of talent brand content and campaigns.
- Establish a robust performance-tracking approach, using audience, social and campaign insights to evaluate impact, guide investment and continuously evolve the strategy.
Internal communications
- Own the internal communications agenda, partnering with leadership and key business stakeholders to translate organisational priorities into clear, relevant and engaging employee narratives.
- Shape an integrated communications approach across business, people, culture and leadership priorities, ensuring consistency of messaging and employee experience across channels.
- Develop and execute communication for organisational announcements, employee initiatives, events and key internal moments.
Mandatory Skillsets
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset and a passion for building brands.
- Strong understanding of talent branding, employer branding, social media and digital communication.
- Proven ability to conceptualise and execute end-to-end creative, high-impact campaigns.
- Ability to understand talent audiences and create communication that resonates with them.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Skillsets
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight deadlines.
Education and Experience
- Education background: Post graduation in Mass Media / English Literature / Journalism / Advertising / Digital Communication / Communication and Media Studies.
- Work experience: 12+ years.
